Spring in Bloom

I am loving my new door decor, and it's just in time for spring and our school's open house!
They are made of tissue paper cut in squares then trimmed on the sides, folded like accordians, and spread apart. My students have been so happy and excited to see the flowers every morning since I've had them put up. I'm so glad that my kiddos enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making the flowers for them. Love seeing my babies smile!

Thank you for visiting my blog!  I am excited to start this new adventure of blogging and sharing classroom ideas with wonderful teachers like you!

I am under construction right now, since I'm still a newbie to blogging and my baby boy works very hard everyday to keep me busy.  However, I hope to share with you more ideas of activities that I am doing in my classroom with my sweet first grade kiddos soon! :)
