It's All About the Bats, the Bats, and a FREEBIE!

It's getting a little batty in our classroom with so much reading and writing about our favorite topic of the week- BATS!

Here's one of the activities that we are doing this week.

First, we read some nonfiction books about bats then brainstormed and made a list of facts and myths. From this list, the students then chose one fact and one fictional statement about bats and wrote them into their Fact & Fiction boxes.  After completion, students cut and glued their boxes onto their bats.
